Lazy Ballerina Winery Barre Class

$20 per person includes instruction for Barre Class and one glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
Come squat, pulse, tilt and tuck your way through a 45-minute workout that combines ballet moves and traditional strength exercises. Followed with a well-deserved glass of wine. This low impact workout promotes long, lean muscles and is well suited to a variety of fitness levels. Bring a yoga mat, some water and be ready to work (and have fun, too!). Class will be taught by Tara Sabo, Fitness Director and ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at South Shore Health & Racquet Club.
