12 Corners Vineyards was started by a small group of friends who grew up in Michigan and recognized the uniqueness of a site just four miles off Michigan's famed "Gold Coast".
12 Corners is an estate winery located on 115 acres in Southwest Michigan. With over 40 acres planted with both vinifera and hybrid grapes, 12 Corners proudly offers wines at three locations: Benton Harbor, South Haven, and Grand Haven. 12 Corners takes pride in premium guest services and a memorable experience.

Features & Varietals
Tasting Room Features: We have a wrap around patio with sweeping views of our rolling vineyards where you may sit and enjoy your wine. Live music every Saturday from 3:00–6:00p.m. starting in May and going through the month of September, with dates/times posted on Facebook.
Tastings: $12.00 for 5 Tastes. If you wish you can purchase a glass of wine or hard cider.
