Better than Valentines Macaron & Wine Pairing with Love & Macarons
Join us on February 22nd from 5:30-7:00 pm for a Macaron and Wine Pairing with our friend Mandy Krause of Love and Macarons!
Mandy is a graduate of the French Pastry School in Chicago and is the mastermind behind all the delicious treats at Love & Macarons in South Bend, IN. She specializes in creating unique and delicious French macarons, meringue-based sandwich cookies that are typically sweet, but Mandy thinks beyond dessert and creates several savory flavor combinations as well.
Five Domaine Berrien wines will be paired with five unique macarons, some savory, some sweet. along with a brief talk with Amy and Mandy about pairing wines with foods and what inspired each pairing.
Tickets are $40 per person and include five, 2 oz pours of Domaine Berrien Cellars wine, and five delicious macarons.

We're opening up our library for the month of February! Each weekend this month we will have three exclusive library wines available in the tasting room.
Cork Pullers & guests will have the opportunity to taste three library wines in their tasting alongside the current vintage. This is a great way to learn how wines change over time and how different flavors develop in the bottle. Bottles of that weekend's library wines will be available for purchase.
