Waters Edge Vertical Tasting
We will be diving into our library on March 28 from 6-7 p.m. to give you a taste of our 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021 Waters Edge. Differing blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot makes up these delicious red wines. All grapes are from the Lake Michigan Shore AVA and wines are made by the students of the Wine and Viticulture Technology program through out the years.

Spring Winemakers’ Dinner
We’re excited to invite you to our first major event of the year – the Spring Winemakers’ Dinner at the Paw Paw Barrel Room! Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring St. Julian's Vice President of Winemaking Nancie Oxley and Chef Eric Gillish of Millennium Catering. Together, they’ve crafted an exquisite 5-course pairing menu that celebrates spring and delights the palate.

Artist' s Talk with Gwen Jones
An artist and filmmaker, Gwen has been using fabric to create her artwork for 30 years. Her art quilts are colorful and spiritual, reflecting a love of nature and organic patterns. After retiring from a career as a medical librarian, Gwen now works full time in her Bridgman studio, surrounded by the beauty of the Lake Michigan shoreline.
Gwen’s late husband Peter Jones held an MFA from Northern Illinois University and taught at the College of DuPage and Loyola University in Chicago. Working primarily in art photography, he also ran the Peter Jones Gallery which had a figure drawing workshop, a darkroom and a Black Box theater, before retiring in Southwest Michigan and working out of his studio at the Box Factory for the Arts in St. Joseph. Peter passed in August 2024, leaving behind an incredible legacy and achievement in the arts.
Please join us for Gwen Jones’ artist’s talk during which she will discuss her background, influences and inspirations. Artwork by both Gwen and Peter Jones will be on view and available for purchase.

Line Dancing Basics
Join us at our Paw Paw tasting room for some line dancing fun! We're lassoing some line dancing fun, led by one of our very own Wine Club members who's got moves that'll make you wanna two-step. This project takes inspiration from each of these themes to create a unique stained glass masterpiece, perfect for display in any Michigander's home! You will love our modern approach to this classic craft! Price includes step by step instruction, frame, 8x10 inch glass panel, template, glass stains, and all other supplies. Choose from 5 design options or create your own!
This method of glass crafting works using a unique new technique to achieve the classic stained glass effect. Participants are able to take projects home immediately following the event. No hot solder is used and all levels of crafting ability are welcome. Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. No outside food or drinks are allowed. Better than Valentines Macaron & Wine Pairing with Love & Macarons
Join us on February 22nd from 5:30-7:00 pm for a Macaron and Wine Pairing with our friend Mandy Krause of Love and Macarons!
Mandy is a graduate of the French Pastry School in Chicago and is the mastermind behind all the delicious treats at Love & Macarons in South Bend, IN. She specializes in creating unique and delicious French macarons, meringue-based sandwich cookies that are typically sweet, but Mandy thinks beyond dessert and creates several savory flavor combinations as well.
Five Domaine Berrien wines will be paired with five unique macarons, some savory, some sweet. along with a brief talk with Amy and Mandy about pairing wines with foods and what inspired each pairing.
Tickets are $40 per person and include five, 2 oz pours of Domaine Berrien Cellars wine, and five delicious macarons.

A Taste of DBC History - all month long
We're opening up our library for the month of February! Each weekend this month we will have three exclusive library wines available in the tasting room.
Cork Pullers & guests will have the opportunity to taste three library wines in their tasting alongside the current vintage. This is a great way to learn how wines change over time and how different flavors develop in the bottle. Bottles of that weekend's library wines will be available for purchase. Stop by and fill in any holes in your Domaine Berrien Cellars collection, these wines will be available that weekend and that weekend only. We can ship these wines but are available only by calling the Winery
