Join us on February 22nd from 5:30-7:00 pm for a Macaron and Wine Pairing with our friend Mandy Krause of Love and Macarons!

Mandy is a graduate of the French Pastry School in Chicago and is the mastermind behind all the delicious treats at Love & Macarons in South Bend, IN. She specializes in creating unique and delicious French macarons, meringue-based sandwich cookies that are typically sweet, but Mandy thinks beyond dessert and creates several savory flavor combinations as well.

 Five Domaine Berrien wines will be paired with five unique macarons, some savory, some sweet. along with a brief talk with Amy and Mandy about pairing wines with foods and what inspired each pairing.

Tickets are $40 per person and include five, 2 oz pours of Domaine Berrien Cellars wine, and five delicious macarons.
