2021 NEW RELEASE WINE AND FOOD PAIRINGS APRIL 23 – MAY 8

The worldwide pandemic has caused us to significantly modify what has been one of our most popular events each year. Our team has been working hard to re-create as many elements as possible. We have adapted our strategy to allow for a unique and safe guest experience. Be among the first to try 6 new wines to be released throughout 2021!

Tables will be spaced a minimum of 10′ apart, and groups will be limited to 6 or less. We will be operating at less than 50% capacity with priority for space given to New Release tasting guests. The 6 food and wine samples will be served in a flight to minimize interaction. However, staff wearing proper PPE will be visiting each table periodically if desired to ensure a good experience.

During the tasting, we try to unravel some of the mysteries that seemingly surround a successful wine and food pairing, hopefully helping you understand why some wines pair better with certain foods than others. The winemaking and event staff will be available in person to share theory and experience with the wine and food selected.
