Just like how different varieties of grapes create different types of wines, come taste the difference with apples in own handcrafted ciders.

As an added bonus, the tasting guide is written by our owner and Certified Pommelier - Andrew Schultz. This certification is for cider, what Cicerone is for beer, and Sommelier is for wine. He is only 1 of 8 Pommeliers in the state of Michigan, and 1 of less than 200 worldwide. Andrew will also be on hand, in an open house style event to interact and answer questions on these ciders.
