We will be diving into our library on March 28 from 6-7 p.m. to give you a taste of our 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021 Waters Edge. Differing blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot makes up these delicious red wines. All grapes are from the Lake Michigan Shore AVA and wines are made by the students of the Wine and Viticulture Technology program through out the years.
