Fired Up! Grilling Class at Fenn Valley
Fired Up! Grilling Class at Fenn Valley
Kick off the grilling season with a fun and interactive demonstration on grilling techniques. Guests are taken through a practical and easy-to-follow demonstration of grilling methods sure to sharpen your game just in time for summer. And the entire event will take place outside so the sights and smells of the grill will be part of the experience.
The afternoon begins with instruction while you enjoy some welcome snacks and your choice of wine or hard cider. From there you will be seated for a family style lunch with your group. Wine and hard cider will be available throughout the fun filled afternoon!
The theme for the 2022 class is Beef Ribs.
The class will prepar3 the flanken cut in a traditional way, while the short ribs will be done with an Asian twist. Other sides will also be prepared on the grill, as will dessert!
*Note: In the event of bad weather, this event will automatically move to Sunday, May 29th at the same time. Guests unable to make the rain date will receive a refund.

Please join Lemon Creek Winery for a two day celebration of local art, music and wine! They’re kicking off the summer season with this family friendly FREE event Saturday and Sunday on Memorial Day weekend. A variety of mediums including painting, jewelry, stone work, ceramics and more will be featured by regional artists at this fun filled festival.
Keith Scott, a Lemon Creek favorite, will be performing both Saturday and Sunday with a versatile mix of blues and rock. Some of your favorite white wines will also be discounted!
